Refund policy

We take care to package all artwork securely. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for artwork purchases.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply.
